Based on an old Heavy Rubber multi-part story (yep, another one)

There are less capable variants, but they are labelled with a qualifier to indicate this is not the full Smartex.
Full fat Smartex is rather expensive and is used only in permanent suits.

Brand new courtyards were built, matching the original plans, west court as staff accommodation, east court for guests, complete with all manner of kinky facilities. Vast basements, cellars & dungeons hidden beneath them.
