Bondage Under Clothes features characters wearing bondage gear—restraints, harnesses, cuffs, etc.—while also wearing regular clothes on top. The bondage is present and visible to the viewer, but the character is clothed over it. This can overlap with hidden-in-plain-sight when the bondage is meant to be concealed, but the key here is simply the combination of bondage worn beneath normal clothing, whether hidden or not.
