All the Way Through depicts something passing completely through a person's body, entering from one orifice and exiting from another. Yeah, it's pretty unrealistic, but that's kind of the point. This tag covers a wide range of scenarios—tentacles are common, but you'll also find stories where people are literally ejaculated through someone's entire body. The thing that makes this tag interesting is when whatever goes through the body stays there instead of being pulled back out. So you get this weird situation where tentacles, parasites, or other objects become semi-permanent fixtures running through someone's body. Some creators really lean into this concept, like Jokerkin, who does a lot of work with tentacle-parasites that go all the way through their victims. Bonus points when these works also feature Living Clothes, which adds another layer to the whole thing. It's definitely a niche tag, but if you're into it, you're into it.
