Canonical: objectification
Objectification focuses on how a character is treated rather than their internal state—specifically, being treated as an object or thing rather than a person. A character might wear a doll suit or other gear that visually transforms them, but the key element is that others interact with them as though they're literally an object. This means being handled, positioned, stored, or used like a doll, luggage, furniture, or other inanimate items. The objectifying treatment must be the central focus of the content. Simply restraining someone or forcing things on them without consent doesn't qualify—what matters is the specific dehumanizing way they're handled and regarded as an object rather than as a human being with agency or feelings.
