The appeal varies depending on the scenario—sometimes it's about swapping places, sometimes about creating confusion, and sometimes about the visual satisfaction of two identical beings interacting. For content featuring actual biological twins as characters, use the separate twins tag instead. Twinning specifically focuses on the process or scenario of creating that duplicate, whether through magic, technology, or costume.

Fantastic little absorption transformation story by prender, that follows Karen and Tori using special Ultimate potions to turn themselves into whatever they want, eventually becoming liquids and even merging together. Having quite some fun in their merged form, even their personalities becoming one, the new Karetorin, decides to have some fun for herself, as she was quite lonely now, eventually just splitting and basically cloning herself to create a twin.

This lovely little two-part story by EssexEye follows Lauren, her partner Michael, and Ellie as Lauren prepares a Christmas gift for Michael. Ellie is helping her out with the unique Christmas gift Lauren has planned in the form of a giant teddy-bear. The unique thing about it, though, is that it isn't filled with the usual filling material, but Lauren herself. Her arms and legs bound and impaled on a dildo inside the bear, she has altered the huge teddy-bear in a way, she can easily hide inside it, and with the zipper closed behind her by Ellie, everything appears like a normal, giant plush. But what Lauren didn't know, were Michael's plans for a Christmas gift for her, and as both of them had had some issues in the bedroom with Michael being not as dominant as Lauren wished, she's in for quite the surprise on Christmas…
